At Prime Menswear, we comply with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without justification.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at support@primemenswear.shop within 14 days of delivery.


2. Returns

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and personal items may only be returned if unopened and unused.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • The original shipping cost will be refunded only if required by UK law


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled within the legal cooling-off period

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels


6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@primemenswear.shop within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.

In these cases, Prime Menswear will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, in accordance with UK consumer law.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank
